Troy Watson  joined out staff in April of 2003. Troy grew up in northwest Illinois and trusted Christ as his Savior when he was 17 years old.& After his conversion, God placed in his heart a desire to touch youth for Christ. After graduating from Moody Bible Institute with a degree in Youth Ministry, Troy worked as a Child Care Worker at the Lydia Children's Home in  Chicago,  and then with Indian Oaks Academy in Manteno, IL as a Case Manager for  a  total  of  four years.  He then accepted a call to be Children and Youth Director for  Emmanuel Evangelical Congregational Church in Cedarville, IL thus returning to  the  area  he  grew up in.  Troy was with Emmanuel for five years until accepting the Pastor of Youth Ministries position here at East E. Free.  Troy and his wife Crystal have three children.

Dave Norris joined our staff in June of 2003.  Originally from southwest Missouri, he graduated from the University of Missouri with a B.S. in forestry.  Dave then spent ten years on the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ before leaving to attend seminary.  He earned a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary with an emphasis in Christian Education.  He has served as Pastor of Youth, Christian Education and Family in Texas, then Senior Pastor at Garden Mennonite Church (Independent Mennonite) in Hesston.  Dave and his wife Alice have five children.
